La Mola 2023 is a natural white wine from the El Regreso project, made in La Manchuela with a philosophy of minimal intervention and maximum respect for the vineyard and the environment. The project stems from a desire to return to our roots and recover a more artisanal and natural way of understanding winemaking. La Mola is a blend of Macabeo, Marisancho, and other local varieties , which seeks to convey the freshness and authenticity of the Mediterranean landscape.
A fresh, aromatic, and very expressive white wine, with notes of white fruit, citrus, and white flowers, accompanied by a delicate mineral character. On the palate, it is dry, fresh, and very smooth, with lively acidity and a slightly creamy texture. A straightforward and unpretentious wine, with that fruity and refreshing character that makes it especially easy to drink.
Made from Macabeo, Marisancho, and other local varieties , following a philosophy of organic and biodynamic farming (not certified). Winemaking is carried out with minimal intervention and without added sulfites, seeking to preserve the grape’s natural expression as much as possible. The wine is unfiltered, which helps to maintain its full personality and authenticity.
Ideal with seafood, grilled fish, tapas, salads, goat cheese, and Mediterranean dishes. It also works very well as an aperitif wine, especially when served chilled.
