Les Dolomies is a small and charismatic domaine in the Jura region , founded in 2008 by Céline and Steve Gormally in Passenans , in the heart of the Jurassic vineyard. The winery cultivates approximately 6 hectares using organic and biodynamic farming methods , with old vines that produce vibrant, pure wines deeply connected to their terroir. Their philosophy is based on spontaneous fermentations, minimal intervention , and absolute respect for the grapes and the soil.

A fresh and elegant entry, with vibrant acidity that balances a remarkable structure. The minerality lends a saline sensation, and the finish is long, clean, and flavorful , with hints of citrus and herbs.
A white wine from the Jura region that combines freshness and complexity , with a clearly gastronomic character, ideal for discovering a pure and precise expression of Savagnin .
This Savagnin is made in the “ouillé” style, meaning the barrels are always topped up to prevent oxidation. This results in a cleaner, more reductive interpretation of Savagnin , moving away from the traditional oxidative profile of the Jura.

We like it because it’s an electric and salty wine. We fell in love with it the first time we tried it.
