This red wine comes from the Penedès region, a land with a long winemaking tradition, characterized by calcareous soils and terroirs that impart distinctive character. Created by Roc and Leo Gramona in 2017, L’Enclòs de Peralba is a young but authentic project, committed to precision viticulture, minimal intervention, and the revival of native grape varieties.
Vi-Fi Masia Negre 2021 is more than just a wine: it’s the expression of a viticulture that respects the terroir, of varieties with a Mediterranean soul; a wine that combines elegance, intensity, and purity. Ideal for those seeking something different, profound, and with a story.

Tasting notes
Powerful gurgle. They’ve hit the right note, and the combination of Garnacha, Cariñena, and Sumoll gives the wine freshness and tension. Aromas of red fruit and Mediterranean spices.
Elaboration
Organic farming practices are used, employing biodynamic methods, and the grapes are hand-harvested at their optimal ripeness. The winery maintains a minimal intervention philosophy, where the must ferments with native yeasts and is then aged in oak barrels. Finally, the wine is bottled unfined.
Food Pairing
Rice with meat and sautéed mushrooms.
Why we like it
We like it because it reminds us of a great Rhône wine at a Penedès price.
