From a plot of ancient granitic and quarry soils (“Les Carrières”), this wine accurately expresses the character of the terroir, offering a combination of fruit, freshness and minerality that makes Chénas one of the most interesting appellations for lovers of French wine.

Made with 100% Gamay , it presents an elegant nose with aromas of cherry, raspberry, currant and violets, accompanied by delicate notes of white pepper, Mediterranean herbs and a marked mineral character.
On the palate, it is fresh, juicy, and very silky, with vibrant acidity, fine tannins, and an extraordinary sense of balance. The finish is long, elegant, and very persistent, leaving a pleasant sensation of fresh fruit and minerality.
The grapes come from vineyards cultivated using biodynamic agriculture , with manual harvesting and careful selection of the bunches.
Fermentation is carried out with native yeasts and whole clusters, respecting the identity of the Gamay grape and the Chénas terroir as much as possible. The wine is then aged in foudres and used barrels to preserve the purity of the fruit without letting the oak influence the wine.
