Appearance: Pale yellow with greenish reflections, clean and bright, with a slight natural cloudiness because the wine is not filtered.
Nose: Aromas of fresh lemon, green apple and white flowers , accompanied by mineral notes and a subtle earthy touch.
On the palate: Fresh and taut on entry, with electric acidity and a juicy texture. Citrus fruit combines with a very pronounced mineral structure . Long, clean, and saline finish.
Love & Pif is made with Aligoté grapes from Burgundy vineyards cultivated using organic and biodynamic methods, without synthetic products and with great care for the soil. The grapes are hand -harvested at their optimal ripeness.
Fermentation is spontaneous, using native yeasts and without added sulfites . Afterwards, the wine undergoes patient aging in large oak vats or tanks, rather than new barrels, to preserve the freshness and purity of the fruit. It is bottled unfiltered . It is a natural wine in the truest sense, expressing the variety and the terroir without artifice.
