We traveled to the Conca de Barberà , an inland territory of Catalonia with a long winemaking tradition, where the climate and its mountain landscapes give rise to fresh, delicate wines with a lot of personality.
Experiencia 2024 is made entirely from Parellada , a white grape variety that we most often associate with Cava production. But when allowed to express itself as a still wine, it reveals a much more subtle and delicate side.
It is produced by Succés Vinícola , a small winery committed to minimal intervention in viticulture and winemaking. It is a natural wine, with no added sulfites , where fruit and texture take center stage.
In the glass, it’s a slightly fruity, smooth, and delicate wine with a silky and very pleasant texture. It’s an easy-drinking wine that, at the same time, possesses the character found in wines made with minimal intervention.

Appearance: pale and bright yellow color.
Nose: delicate aromas of white fruit and fresh notes, with a clean and subtle profile.
On the palate: smooth, fresh, and slightly fruity, with a silky and very pleasant texture. An easy-drinking, balanced wine with a very delicate expression of the Parellada grape.

We like it because it allows us to discover a Parellada that is very different from the one we usually have in mind .
