Vouette & Sorbée is one of the most emblematic wineries of the Côte des Bar’s small-growers movement. Bertrand Gautherot has cultivated his vineyards according to biodynamic farming principles since the late 1990s, producing champagnes without dosage, fermented with indigenous yeasts, and aged in oak barrels. The result is profound, authentic wines with an extraordinary expression of terroir, precisely reflecting the character of the region’s Kimmeridgian soils.

An intense nose with aromas of apple, pear, stone fruit, and subtle notes of red berries, brioche, nuts, and a pronounced mineral background. On the palate, it is ample, creamy, and very taut, with extremely fine bubbles, vibrant acidity, and a long, saline, and extraordinarily persistent finish.
100% Pinot Noir from biodynamically cultivated vineyards in the Côte des Bar. Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in oak barrels, aging on lees and bottling without dosage (Brut Nature), respecting the terroir to the fullest.
